Social Events
The following social events have been planned for your evening entertainment:
Monday: We have planned a jovial and informal get-together at the Entla´s
Keller located at Erlangen´s castle hill ("Burgberg"). Erlangen´s beer cellars are well
known from the "Bergkirchweih", which is said to be the 3rd largest fair
after the Oktoberfest in Munich. In a beer garden like setting, a BBQ will
await you as well as freshly tapped beer.
Wednesday: Late afternoon we take a bus to Nuremberg. There tour guides take us on a historical tour to Nuremberg´s famous castle and through the picturesque old part of Nuremberg´s city. This will take approximatly one hour and ends at the Rathaussaal where our Conference Dinner will be held. The dinner includes a delicious buffet with refreshing drinks. Afterwards you will be able to decide whether you prefer to discover Nuremberg´s nightlife on your own or you return with us to Erlangen.
